We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
No Shows will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
Deposits are required to secure any booking. The total deposit will be applied towards the cost of services.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Clients may reschedule appointments without penalty if done with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
In case of emergencies or sudden illness, exceptions may be made. Please communicate your situation as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive your full service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
Services rendered are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know during the appointment, and we will do our best to address and resolve any concerns.
